Role Overview: As a SAP Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM), your primary role is to understand customer requirements regarding their SAP Landscape and provide solutions and technical services aligned with SAP backend support on the SAP RISE Platform. You will be the main point of contact for RISE customers, engaging with them regularly to offer guidance on their SAP Landscape functioning and any maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure customers have the necessary guidance and information for their SAP Landscape functioning and planning. - Joining meetings, addressing technical queries from customer teams, and presenting assessments. - Utilizing technical expertise in SAP Basis with a minimum of 8+ years of experience. - Demonstrating cloud knowledge, particularly in AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Possessing hands-on experience in S/4 HANA Application and HANA database. - Managing SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) projects. - Integrating SaaS products like Ariba, Salesforce, and C4S with SAP Landscape. - Having hands-on experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP). Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis. - Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Application and HANA database. - Experience in managing SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) projects. - Familiarity with integrating SaaS products with SAP Landscape. - Experience with at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP). Additional Details: Please note that if selected, you will be required to travel to the HCL Office in Bengaluru or Noida for onboarding, although the current work arrangement is remote.,
