SAP Basis Consultant

As a SAP Basis Consultant, your role involves managing applications throughout their lifecycle and overseeing the execution and monitoring of operational activities in the IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Planning the necessary activities to ensure the systems are functioning within the required parameters. - Keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining regular contact with them. - Performing preworks and reworks for activities such as component upgrades, system refresh, and release rollouts. - Managing transport activities. - Handling change management and incident management. - Monitoring system performance. - Ensuring compliance with process workflows and regulations. - Planning activities on all systems in the landscapes, starting with the development system. - Informing Release Management and users about downtime or planned activities. - Raising change requests for SAP Basis to install requested service packs. - Coordinating with the development team for SAP modified objects. - Coordinating with the test team for testing new functionality. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in SAP + ChaRM Change Request Management Tool (Solution Manager). - Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and Hana Studio. - Familiarity with $Universe tool. Additionally, the company utilizes tools such as SAP + ChaRM Change Request Management Tool (Solution Manager), ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Hana Studio, and $Universe to support the SAP Basis operations.,
