Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP B1 Functional Consultant located in Gurgaon. The SAP B1 Functional Consultant will be responsible for understanding business processes, configuring the SAP Business One system to meet business requirements, and providing support for implementation projects. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing functional solutions, creating documentation, conducting user training, and troubleshooting system issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Business One implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and provide functional solutions
• Skills in documenting processes, user requirements, and creating functional specifications
• Experience in conducting user training and providing support during implementation projects
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus
