Job Description

SAP ABAP & WORKFLO Team leader Developer, Grade C2, and skill ABAP Developer, CLASSIC WORKFLOW Development, WRICEF development

We are seeking an SAP ABAP Consultant to join our dynamic team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development with a proven experience on building SAP CLASSIC WORKFLOWS (that is transaction SWDD) which is a mandatory requirement
The role involves supporting and enhancing various SAP modules through custom development
The role includes project activities such as process analysis, solution design, development, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support
The candidate will be joining the ABAP team as a team leader of the offshore ABAP Team
Expected Knowledge isIn-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming and integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, EWM, and TM
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
Knowledge of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with various geographically dispersed functional and IT teams to ensure effective implementation of custom SAP solutions
Prepare technical specifications and participate in the development process
Perform system configuration, coding, and unit testing
Assist in go-live activities and post-go-live stabilization
Work closely with the team leader and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team
