Design, develop, and implement
complex ABAP solutions
, including RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Collaborate with
functional teams
(MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Lead technical design discussions and provide
strategic input
for SAP development best practices.
Work extensively with
BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, OData services, and ALE/IDocs
.
Optimize code for
performance, scalability, and maintainability
.
Provide
technical leadership
and mentor junior ABAP developers.
Support
system upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects
.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues efficiently.
Ensure proper
documentation and adherence to SAP standards
.

Requirements:

7+ years of hands-on experience
in SAP ABAP development.
Deep expertise in
RICEF development
, OData services, and SAP enhancements.
Strong understanding of
SAP modules
such as FI, MM, SD, PP, and WM.
Experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and ABAP on HANA, including CDS views and AMDP.
Proven track record of
performance tuning
and debugging complex programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Self-driven, with the ability to
lead projects and work independently
in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to
Fiori/UI5 development and integration
.
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Knowledge of
SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)
.
Prior experience leading offshore or distributed teams.
