The Role:

As a Technology Delivery Lead/ Developer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large, complex technology projects, primarily in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), driving technical excellence while ensuring project delivery meets scope, quality, cost, and timeline objectives. The role requires a blend of hands-on SAP expertise, strategic leadership, and team management to drive both innovation and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage delivery of large-scale technology projects using appropriate frameworks.
• Serve as the SME for SAP ABAP Development for HANA and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business sponsors to manage project scope, risk, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive profitability and service quality by optimizing project execution and costs.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance across teams, influencing key decisions.
• Ensure smooth functioning and performance of SAP applications, resolving issues proactively.
• Define and implement best practices, standards, and strategies for delivery excellence.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional and technical growth.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting innovative solution design.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Experience in SAP Fiori, SAP HR ABAP, OData & APIs, CDS Views, SAP UI5.
• Knowledge of SAP ABAP OData concepts and principles.
• Strong expertise in SAP EWM module development (User Exits, BAdIs, extensions, forms, RF/ITS-Mobile, PPF, EWM Monitor, MFS, etc.).
• Proven ability in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP programs.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Leadership & Delivery Skills:
• Experience managing large technology projects with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive innovation, manage risk, and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Prior experience in leading large-scale technology project deliveries is essential.
