SAP ABAP Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop

  ABAP solutions

  as per design document requirements, specifically including workflow and PI for interfaces.
• Develop and implement changes/enhancements using

  ABAP technology

  for Business As Usual (BAU) activities and small changes, aligned to SAP standards.
• Possess strong knowledge and understanding of

  ABAP Webdynpro Model generation

  (RFC, Web Services), Internal/External Context Mapping, Eventing, Navigation, Adaptive RFC, Custom Components, Interfaces, Usage, Net Weaver Development Interface (NWDI Tracks, SCs, DCs), and optionally Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Interact with Architects, Analysts, and other IT delivery teams to understand functional requirements.
• Contribute to design discussions and provide technical insights for SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug ABAP code to ensure high quality and performance.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in

  ABAP development

  .
• Expertise in

  CDS (Core Data Services), ODATA, and RAP UI5 (Restful ABAP Programming Model for Fiori UI5)

  (Mandatory).
• Knowledge and understanding of

  SAP Fiori and S/4HANA

  is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of

  ABAP Webdynpro Model generation

  (RFC, Web Services), Internal/External Context Mapping, Eventing, Navigation, Adaptive RFC, Custom Comps, Interfaces, Usage, Net Weaver Development Interface (NWDI Tracks, SCs, DCs) and optionally Floor Plan Manager (FPM).
• Ability to develop and implement changes/enhancements using ABAP technology for BAU and small change aligned to SAP standard.
• Excellent interaction skills to understand functional requirements from Architects, Analysts, and other IT delivery teams.

• Fiori UI5

  (Desired/Secondary skill).

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
