Salesforce Vlocity Developer

As an experienced Salesforce Vlocity Developer with over 5 years of expertise in Salesforce development and the Vlocity platform, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with Vlocity components to meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Vlocity components. You will also be involved in implementing Omnistudio tools such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools, ensuring best practices in configuration, coding standards, and performance optimization, participating in all phases of the development lifecycle including testing and deployment, troubleshooting issues, providing root cause analysis, and delivering timely resolutions, as well as maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce/Vlocity solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, strong expertise in Vlocity (Omnistudio) tools including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards, proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration techniques, solid understanding of Salesforce platform features, security, and governor limits, and the ability to work in Agile environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred skills that would be nice to have include Vlocity Platform Developer Certification, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification, experience with CI/CD tools for Salesforce such as Copado or Gearset, and knowledge of industry-specific Vlocity solutions like Communications, Insurance, or Health. You should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
