Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily Salesforce TPM support operations and coordinate offshore/onshore teams.
  • Provide real-time solutions for TPM-related issues across the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure alignment on requirements and release readiness.
  • Manage ServiceNow processes – SLA tracking, RCA, problem/change management, and Major Incident Management.
  • Oversee user lifecycle management (setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, SSO).
  • Configure Salesforce components (Flows, fields, dashboards, record types, Connected Apps, reports).
  • Troubleshoot Apex Classes, Triggers, and execute SOQL queries via Workbench/LWC.
  • Handle data integrations (inbound/outbound) and perform bulk uploads/updates.
  • Ensure SOX compliance for TPM processes (fund allocation, claims, reconciliation).
  • Lead release management activities (sandbox refreshes, deployments, validations) and UAT cycles.
  • Maintain governance standards for data quality, security, and change control.
  • Coordinate with ERP, BI, and Finance teams for end-to-end process alignment.
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare process documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

  • Declarative configuration (Flows, page layouts, dashboards)
  • Apex & Trigger debugging
  • SOQL & Workbench proficiency
  • Data integration (Workbench, Data Loader)
  • TPM domain expertise (trade fund planning, claims, reconciliation)
  • ServiceNow experience (SLA, RCA, MIM, Change)
  • SSO and security configuration
  • SOX compliance knowledge
  • Strong leadership and cross-team collaboration skills
