Job Description

Job Summary:

Salesforce Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Manage a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
Develop and customize Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components (LWC), and Flows.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and compliance with security standards.
Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend improvements to existing implementations.
Lead deployment activities, manage sandbox environments, and support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).
