Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into scalable and customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce and a total of 8+ years in IT, you will lead technical design sessions, document architectural decisions, and design, develop, and deploy custom components using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Your responsibilities will include managing integrations through REST/SOAP APIs, overseeing data migrations using middleware, ensuring best practices in secure coding and high code quality, and mentoring developers, consultants, and analysts. As a Technical Lead, you will participate in staffing, reviews, and career development for team members, collaborate with solution architects in client workshops, and contribute to internal accelerators and reusable frameworks. To excel in this role, you must possess strong integration experience, code review skills, and the ability to manage distributed teams. Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be critical in driving successful Salesforce implementations. Additionally, you should hold certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I & II, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with experience in Salesforce Flows and Aura framework. Preferred skills include Salesforce Application or System Architect certification, familiarity with Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Field Service, as well as knowledge of MuleSoft or Dell Boomi. Domain exposure to medical equipment or manufacturing is advantageous. This is a full-time position that requires immediate joiners within 1 week. The work mode is from the office with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
