If you are an exceptional, innovative, and passionate individual looking to grow professionally, this role might be a perfect fit for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and design end-to-end solutions using Agentforce for Service, Sales, and Setup. - Lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer data and enable personalized experiences. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners to define architecture standards and solution blueprints. - Provide guidance on best practices for security, scalability, and performance within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools aligned with business objectives. - Offer technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to post-deployment support. - Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and governance processes. **Required Qualifications:** - 8+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Solution Architect. - Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud. - Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Model Design, Integration Patterns, and Security Architecture. - Experience in large-scale data ingestion, harmonization, and activation within Data Cloud. - Proficiency in Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Components. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
