Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Pre-Sales team. In this role, you will design, articulate, and present scalable Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation, ensure technical feasibility, and support sales strategies with robust architecture design.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design:

Lead the architectural design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.

Pre-Sales Engagement:

Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs, present Salesforce capabilities, and deliver tailored solution demonstrations.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related technologies.

Client Interaction:

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating the technical and business value of Salesforce solutions.Proposal Development: Support the creation of RFP responses, technical proposals, and project estimates.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure successful solution delivery.

Innovation:

Stay updated with Salesforce advancements and industry trends, integrating new capabilities into proposed solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in Salesforce or any other CRM area and Salesforce solution architecture, including pre-sales or consulting roles.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce ecosystem, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Communication Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of industry-specific challenges and Salesforce solutions that address them.
  • Tools: Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
