Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain custom and standard reports and dashboards in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient reporting solutions.
Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic initiatives and KPIs.
Maintain data integrity and perform data validation and audits as needed.
Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure data consistency and optimized system performance.
Automate report generation and distribution where applicable.
Train end-users on reporting tools, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
Support ad-hoc reporting requests from sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and relationships.
Proficiency in Salesforce report types, filters, formulas, and dashboard components.
Experience working with Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools is a plus.
Ability to work with large data sets and draw actionable insights.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce Administrator or Analyst certification is a plus.
