Salesforce QA Analyst

You are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA Analyst to join the team, with expertise in Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ individually. Experience in ServiceNow testing or functional domain expertise is preferred. Conduct comprehensive testing of Salesforce applications, including Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop effective test strategies, execute test cases and scenarios, and ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce implementations. Perform system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Salesforce solutions. Identify and report software quality defects, work closely with developers to resolve them, and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in Salesforce testing methodologies. Maintain test documentation, present test results to stakeholders, and provide support and guidance to junior QA team members. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud workflows and integrations, at least 3 years of project experience in Salesforce testing, expertise in Agile processes, test management, and defect management platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, certification in Salesforce or relevant QA certifications, familiarity with ServiceNow testing or SAP testing, exposure to API testing or Web automation tools like Selenium or Provar is a plus.
