Job Description

Develop and own end-to-end Salesforce testing strategies (functional, integration, regression, UAT).
Collaborate with teams, business, and product owners to align testing activities with delivery timelines.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
Manage test execution, defect tracking, and ensure test coverage and traceability.
Serve as the point of contact for testing updates, risks, and issue resolution.
Communicate testing progress, metrics, and quality status to business and technical stakeholders.
Design and deliver testing dashboards and reports highlighting test status, defect metrics, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with QA standards, best practices, and release governance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on testing outcomes and quality metrics.

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of testing activities for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Act as a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to Salesforce testing.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and mentor test teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality testing outcomes and adherence to QA best practices.
Provide clear, actionable reports and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making
