Position Overview:
Flosum is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Manager to lead our new team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, strong people management skills, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture. The manager will work closely with both the Pune and U.S. teams to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and organizational values. This role is critical to building and retaining a strong team in India, as well as fostering collaboration with our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Salesforce development and operations team in Pune. -
Retention and Employee Engagement
: Implement strategies to retain talent and create a culture where employees are motivated to stay with the company for long-term career growth. -
Collaboration
: Work closely with the U.S. team to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Encourage seamless communication and collaboration between teams. -
Performance Management
: Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and ensure accountability for individual and team performance. -
Salesforce Expertise
: Lead the team in the development, deployment, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. Ensure the team is proficient in Salesforce best practices. -
Culture Development
: Foster a work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and high standards of excellence. -
Problem-Solving
: Act as a point of escalation for technical or team-related issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring the team stays productive.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience
in Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Development, Administration, and Implementation. -
3+ years of experience
in a management role, with a proven track record of building and managing successful technical teams. - Strong knowledge of the
Salesforce platform
and ability to guide and mentor a team in Salesforce best practices. - Experience working with
U.S.-based teams
and a willingness to collaborate across time zones. - Demonstrated ability to
retain employees
and foster a culture of long-term engagement and professional growth. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong focus on team collaboration and success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in
Salesforce DevOps
and/or Salesforce Security
. - Understanding of
Indias tech talent market
and experience in addressing challenges related to employee retention. - Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the
Pune and U.S. teams
and bridge cultural and professional gaps effectively.
