As a Salesforce Technical Architect/Technical Manager, you are expected to have a total experience of 10+ years, with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include hands-on development and debugging of complex codes, engaging in pair-programming, driving technical designs from implementation to deployment, overseeing offshore technical delivery, managing project communications, developing strategies for technical challenges, and more. Certifications in Salesforce are essential, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud. Your knowledge and skills should encompass Lightning/LWC & Apex, Salesforce best practices, SOQL, Solutioning, DevOps & Agile methodologies, Frontend Technologies, Performance & Security best practices, and more. In your role, you will be required to demonstrate expertise in various technical areas such as Lightning Web Component (LWC), Apex, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, DevOps practices, frontend technologies, and security requirements. Your ability to create complex solutions, consult with clients, lead projects, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement through innovation and best practices is crucial.
