Job Summary

Salesforce Industries Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and develop customized Health Cloud solutions for healthcare clients.
Implement and optimize workflows around patient lifecycle management, care coordination, and provider collaboration.
Build and maintain scalable solutions for
care management
,
provider search
,
prior authorizations
, and
patient onboarding
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
Ensure solutions adhere to healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA
and industry best practices.
Participate in integration projects with EHR/EMR systems and other healthcare platforms.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with
Salesforce Health Cloud
and
Salesforce Industries (Vlocity)
.
Strong understanding of
healthcare data models
,
care plans
, and
patient journey mapping
.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (
HIPAA awareness
required).
Experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, Process Builder, and integration patterns.
Proficiency in building industry-specific solutions around care workflows, provider directories, and utilization management.
Familiarity with
Salesforce Shield
,
OmniStudio
, or
Salesforce Industries DataRaptors
is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (e.g.,
Health Cloud Consultant
,
Platform Developer I/II
,
OmniStudio Developer
).
Previous experience working with US-based healthcare providers, payers, or regulatory bodies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional agile teams
