Salesforce healthcloud Architect

As a Salesforce Architect at Lilly, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical design, development, and implementation of solutions supporting the Customer Support Programs (CSP) program. This involves implementing a suite of Salesforce Healthcloud solutions, delivering new omnichannel capabilities for upcoming product launches, and migrating existing services from legacy platforms to the new Salesforce Healthcloud platform. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate requirements for solution implementation. - Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation of systems software programs, code, and project documentation. - Troubleshoot and provide technical support as needed. - Develop, configure, test, and implement solutions meeting business or technical requirements. - Develop products that meet defined requirements. - Develop, steward, and manage the current and future-state architecture strategy. - Establish appropriate processes to ensure Lilly IDS evolves to achieve future architecture direction. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information, or related field, or equivalent work experience. - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (Required). - Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Desirable). - 10+ years of Information Technology experience. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills. - Knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and related tools. - Technologist experience in application integration with other systems, including API integrations. - Experience with user-centric design. - Project Management experience. - Strong team and interpersonal skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze and develop best practices. - Advanced-level SQL and relational database experience.,
