Role Overview: As a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer, you have played a key role in large-scale Salesforce implementations. Your hands-on expertise lies in designing and developing custom Salesforce solutions that go beyond out-of-the-box features. Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices is a plus for you. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical architecture and design of scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Make architectural decisions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term sustainability. - Build custom applications and components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL. - Extend Salesforce functionality beyond standard capabilities through innovative custom code and tools. - Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi). - Build and maintain custom connectors to ensure secure and performant integrations. - Act as a technical lead across large-scale Salesforce implementation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT efforts. - Produce comprehensive technical documentation, promote best practices in coding, development standards, and reusable design patterns. - Mentor junior developers and team members to foster continuous learning and knowledge sharing. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD II) Certification. - Proven ability to lead technical discussions and work independently on complex problems. - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Health Cloud. - Deep understanding of the Salesforce Security Model and custom report and dashboard development. - Experience working with JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and AngularJS. - Strong skills in designing and implementing API-based integrations. - Experience with full application life cycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Additional Details: - Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines, along with experience in source control, versioning, automated deployments, and sandbox management is preferred but not mandatory. - Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives is crucial. - Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences is key. - Soft skills requirements include excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.,
