Salesforce Field Service (FSL) Developer

Role Overview: As a skilled Salesforce Field Service Developer with 4 years of relevant Salesforce development experience focusing on Field Service Lightning (FSL), you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Salesforce FSL. Your responsibilities will include customizing the FSL mobile app, integrating with external systems, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-performance field service solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing Salesforce FSL solutions such as service appointments, work orders, territories, and scheduling policies. - Customizing and enhancing the FSL mobile application with a focus on offline capabilities and user interface improvements. - Utilizing expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. - Collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. - Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of the FSL data model, architecture, and functionality. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming, design patterns, Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies, and excellent problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with the team. - Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification. - Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant certification. - Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or external service management systems. - Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado. - Knowledge of Lightning Scheduler and other Salesforce add-ons related to Field Service would be considered advantageous.,
