About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  mobilization programs

  across diverse technology platforms.
• Define and establish

  processes, tools, quality controls, and assets

  for new engagements.
• Track and manage

  contract deliverables

  including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria.
• Drive

  delivery excellence

  using agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Prepare and present reports for

  client steering committees

  and governance forums.
• Provide

  technical leadership and mentoring

  ; build reusable knowledge bases and playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with

  Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment

  teams to ensure successful mobilization.
• Champion

  Salesforce DevOps practices

  , including CI/CD, Git-based version control, and automation pipelines.
• Monitor and manage project

  schedule, budget, and quality

  using industry-standard project management tools.
• Contribute to

  AMS lifecycle activities

  (mobilization, transition, stabilization, shadow support, run & evolve, continuous improvement).

Skills:

• Proven expertise in

  mobilizing and transitioning large-scale delivery engagements

  .
• Strong understanding of

  agile delivery management

  and SI delivery excellence.
• Hands-on knowledge of

  CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

  .
• Exposure to

  multiple industries

  (Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Financial Services, Life Sciences, etc.).
• Domain knowledge in at least one functional area (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Customer Experience).
• Experience with

  project management tools

  for schedule, budget, and quality tracking.
• Exposure to

  Generative AI technologies

  .
• Awareness of

  emerging tech trends

  and innovations.

Certifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI

  or equivalent project management certification.
• Relevant

  Salesforce platform certifications

  .

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience

  in Salesforce DevOps and delivery management.
• Minimum

  15 years of full-time education

  .
