Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with strong Production Support experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and support experience, including managing incidents in production, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes or enhancements. This dual-role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, coding expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Development :

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows, and Process Builder.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support connected applications.
• Build and maintain custom applications, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes.
• Follow best practices for code quality, performance, and reusability.
  

Production Support

• Act as a point of contact for production support, managing and resolving incidents and service requests related to Salesforce.
• Perform root cause analysis, bug fixes, and data corrections.
• Monitor system performance, job queues, and scheduled jobs; resolve any failures or delays.
• Work closely with QA, Admin, and Business Teams to replicate and fix production issues.
• Log and track support issues using tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Salesforce Cases.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, resolutions, and process improvements
