Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer with solutioning capabilities, your responsibilities will include designing and developing new business functionalities and enhancements using the Salesforce Platform. You will be driving projects and collaborating with onshore counterparts to deliver requirements effectively. Your role will involve delivering solutions through both declarative (configuration) and programmatic (custom development) capabilities in Salesforce. Additionally, you will be optimizing Salesforce development through Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force, and Lightning. It is essential to have a strong understanding of coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF & Security implementations. You will also be required to understand clients" business challenges and requirements to provide and develop suitable solutions. Providing value additions to projects, delivering technical presentations, and staying updated on new technologies as per business needs will be part of your responsibilities. You will participate in the complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment and create technical documents for reference.
