• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as a Scrum Master for a software development team diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Professional Scrum Master (PSM I, PSM II) from Scrum.org, or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification is required.

• Demonstrable expert-level proficiency with Jira for Agile project management, including setting up boards, configuring workflows, generating reports, and managing backlogs and sprints.

• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including an understanding of Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment processes.

• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle. • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.

• Strong leadership qualities, demonstrating servant leadership, without being authoritative.

• Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
