Roles & Responsibilities

Module Lead Salesforce Development

• Develop customized solutions within Salesforce to meet business objectives.
  
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  
• Build functional and unit tests for Apex and Salesforce components.
  
• Own integrations between Salesforce and other back-office systems.
  
• Design scalable declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
  
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams as an Individual Contributor.
  
• Provide innovative solutions and maintain high-quality coding standards.
  

Test Module Lead – Salesforce QA

• Lead Salesforce QA initiatives and testing for multiple modules.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce core functionality, configuration, and customization.
  
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Provar, or equivalent.
  
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  
• Conduct database validations and complex SQL queries.
  
• Manage test cases, defects, and reporting using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
  
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong development experience (Module Lead) or Salesforce testing experience (Test Lead).
  
• Not interested in Support / Maintenance profiles.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Willingness to work in the 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST shift.
