Mandatory SKills: Sales force developer, Capado, Salesforce Certification, Devops tools like Git, Jenkins, Apoex, VisualForce, SOQL,

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Participate in the full application lifecycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.

• Create and maintain data models, objects, fields, and workflows.

• Integrate Salesforce with other internal and external systems using APIs and web services.

• Ensure the scalability and security of the Salesforce platform.

• Conduct unit testing and participate in system integration testing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and sharing rules.

• Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, or Copado is a plus.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.

• Experience with Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.

• Salesforce certifications beyond Developer I (e.g., Admin, Architect).
