About the Role:

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using

  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs

  .
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
• Work on

  system integrations

  with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to

  Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

  .
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Support

  Salesforce release management

  including deployments using CI/CD tools.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 58 years

  of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in

  Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules

  .
• Experience with

  Salesforce integrations

  (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft/Jitterbit/Boomi is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with

  Salesforce DevOps tools

  (Copado, Git, ANT, or similar).
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce AppExchange products

  and their customization.
• Salesforce

  Platform Developer I certification

  (mandatory);

  Developer II

  or other advanced certifications preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
