About the Role:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions.
• Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support data migration, validation, and deployment processes.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to ensure performance and usability.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and automation.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations and APIs.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Git/Bitbucket or other version control systems.
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange apps.
