Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Support and maintain Salesforce Field Service (Service Max) modules.
• Implement complex business requirements and technical designs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), including analysis, design, development, deployment, and support.
• Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and alignment with best practices.
• Work closely with Integration teams to understand APIs and integration points for smooth data flow between systems.
• Handle deployment activities including change set management and version control.
• Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis for production support and bug fixes.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in

  Salesforce Apex

  ,

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Hands-on experience in

  Salesforce Service Cloud

  and

  Field Service (Service Max)

  modules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce

  data model, security model, and platform capabilities

• Experience in

  Salesforce deployment tools

  and practices (e.g., ANT, Change Sets, SFDX).
• Knowledge of

  Salesforce integrations

  , including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce Batch programming

  Event Handlers

• Experience using

  JIRA

  or similar project tracking tools.

Preferred Attributes:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Lightning) will be an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
