Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure
Agentforce
(Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, Omni-Channel, MIAW).
Customize and extend
Service Cloud
for case management, routing, and automation.
Build scalable solutions using
Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
.
Deploy and maintain
Agentforce chatbots
in Experience Cloud/Embedded Service.
Collaborate with admins, architects, and business stakeholders in an
Agile environment
.

Requirements:

5–7 years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience in
Agentforce implementation
and
Service Cloud
.
Strong skills in
Apex, LWC, Flows, Integrations
.
Experience with
CI/CD tools (Copado, Salesforce CLI, GitHub)
.
