Role Summary:

Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Build robust Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Email-to-Case, Lead/Opportunity Management, and Workflows.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support release management, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce environment management.
• Maintain technical documentation for custom development, configurations, and data models.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and propose innovative solutions.

Skill & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flow automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Core concepts: security model, sharing rules, data modelling, and governor limits.
• Experience with key Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Lifecycle, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlements.
• Good understanding of Sales Cloud features such as Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, and Campaigns.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations via APIs, outbound messaging, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; additional certifications in Service Cloud or Developer II are a plus.
