Salesforce Developer (4+ Years) Bangalore

Location : Work from Office (Bangalore) Experience : 4+ years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid ISV experience who is eager to contribute to building secure, audit-ready Salesforce applications for highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, and healthcare. You will be responsible for end-to-end product development across Salesforce ISV offerings, including second-generation managed packages (2GP), AppExchange solutions, and continuous integration workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SFDX. • Develop, configure, and release second-generation managed packages (2GP) and support AppExchange submissions. • Manage full ISV lifecycle, including namespace management, scratch orgs, metadata handling, and release processes. • Automate packaging and deployment using Salesforce CLI, DevOps Center, and/or custom CI/CD pipelines. • Collaborate with product, security, and compliance teams to build audit-ready, scalable solutions. • Refactor and optimize legacy codebases for performance, maintainability, and 2GP compatibility. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex packaging, dependency, and metadata issues across Salesforce orgs. Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SFDX. • Hands-on experience developing and releasing 2GP managed packages in a real-world production setting. • Proficient with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and metadata API tools. • Experience submitting and maintaining AppExchange listings and working with License Management Org (LMO). • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, CRUD/FLS, and compliance standards like Shield. • Ability to write unit tests with 90%+ coverage, document code, and defend architectural decisions. • Experience working in agile, test-driven development environments.
