Role Overview: As a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing customer data platforms within Salesforce ecosystems. Your role will involve configuring data models, ensuring seamless integration, and providing actionable insights to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and configure Salesforce Data Cloud to effectively unify and segment customer data. - Design and manage data models to integrate with Salesforce platforms for high-quality data ingestion and transformation. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Build and manage data pipelines to aggregate and cleanse data from multiple sources. - Develop rules for data normalization, identity resolution, and deduplication. - Maintain data compliance, security, and privacy standards. - Work with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to leverage Data Cloud capabilities for customer engagement and personalization. - Troubleshoot and optimize Data Cloud performance for timely issue resolution. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Customer Data Platform). - Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration with Salesforce ecosystems. - Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and related modules. - Experience with API integrations and data connectors. - Familiarity with identity resolution and customer segmentation techniques. - Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements. - Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
