Job Description

As a Salesforce Core CRM Architect at Schneider Electric in Bangalore, with 10-15 years of experience, your responsibilities will include developing high-level and low-level solution designs, providing technical guidance to development teams, communicating design overviews to stakeholders, architecting robust data models, designing and implementing integrations, ensuring performance optimization and security, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, managing Salesforce environments, leading technical teams, and mentoring junior developers. You will need more than 10 years of work experience in Salesforce development projects, with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on architect experience. Extensive experience in designing and developing complex and scalable Salesforce architecture is required. You should also have experience in identifying architecture risks, conducting analysis during the discovery phase, creating technical proposals, analyzing technological risks, estimating, and identifying suitable profiles. A strategic vision of the Salesforce platform and its environment, technical leadership on the Salesforce platform and products, expertise in various areas of integrations with other products, and advanced English proficiency are expected.
