Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead/Developer

As a Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead/Developer at Progress, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping and enhancing the Salesforce CPQ environment. Your responsibilities will include leading the development and architecture of Salesforce CPQ solutions, collaborating with various teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business strategy, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality coding practices. You will be expected to drive the adoption of DevOps practices, manage complex integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other systems, troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce CPQ configurations, and ensure compliance with security, data governance, and industry best practices. Additionally, you will stay updated with Salesforce CPQ enhancements, industry trends, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities, recommending impactful features and improvements. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 7 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Salesforce CPQ solutions. You should have expertise in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and declarative tools. Proficiency in Salesforce DX, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines is required, along with certifications like Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer II.
