Job Description

As a Senior Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization, your role will be pivotal in utilizing your expertise in Subscription Management Billing, Salesforce CPQ, SFDC Sales Cloud, SFDC Lightning, and SFDC Configuration. You will work in a hybrid model with day shifts, and the role does not require any travel. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. - Implementing and managing Subscription Management and Billing solutions. - Configuring and deploying Salesforce CPQ to optimize sales processes. - Utilizing SFDC Sales Cloud for enhanced customer relationship management. - Leveraging SFDC Lightning to create dynamic user interfaces. - Performing SFDC Configuration for optimal system performance. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Providing technical guidance and support to team members. - Ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices. - Conducting regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting technical issues promptly. - Documenting technical specifications and project deliverables. - Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization. - Expertise in Subscription Management and Billing. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ. - Proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Lightning. - Knowledge in SFDC Configuration. - Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics would be beneficial. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. - Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Proven track record of successful project delivery.
