Salesforce Consultant role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure Salesforce products, and deliver scalable CRM solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce configurations, workflows, custom objects, and integrations.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and data management.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management initiatives.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, administration, or development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with third-party integrations and Salesforce APIs.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Consultant) are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail is a plus.

Pay: From ₹750,384.68 per year
