Salesforce Business Analyst with strong configuration experience who will rely on their technical skills and current experience to deliver B2B Commerce Cloud implementation, customization, and development. This person will participate in the design and development of the Salesforce project and lead the code-oriented areas of the build.
Roles Responsibility:
Business Analyst experience with very strong configuration experience.
Provide Salesforce custom software/system development consulting services in Salesforce projects at the client location.
Participate in solution development, implementation, and supporting Salesforce projects at customer sites.
Experience working on B2B commerce with the customer to offer solution design, implementation, user stories, requirements gathering, eCommerce integration, installation, customization, analysis, and delivery.
Design and develop components of the solution following standards and best practices.
Research and share information towards detailed technical decisions within the team, to ensure a technically sound and feasible solution.
Compose and contribute to the set of artifacts needed to communicate technical information for both the current team and future maintenance work.
Deliver quality code to meet project timeline estimations.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties when designated from time to time.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge and at least 5 years of direct experience with Salesforce CRM.
Experience with Salesforce Apex, SFDC Lightning development using Visual Force Pages, Components, and Web Services.
Expertise in Administrative tasks like maintaining User roles and security, Page Layouts, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events.
Experience working across various SFDC implementations covering sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, SF Analytics, and app-exchange applications
Understanding of data structures and understanding of data migration
General understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance
Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times.

Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Certification Preferred.

Leading all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Effectively articulate and quantify business benefits for business-stated needs across systems consistently
Drives consensus for a desired future state that meets the business needs and is aligned with enterprise objectives
Understanding of usability and user-centered design
Experience with creating wireframes and prototypes Converting business requirements to Epics and Stories
Establish effective communication with business stakeholders and ensure consistent functional discussions with the stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude, including a thorough understanding of web applications and an ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies
Capacity to control and manage priorities and schedules, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Diplomacy in resolving project issues and developing consensus, collaboration, and coordination in difficult business and technical situations
Aptitude for implementing alternatives to execute projects and processes in a faster, more efficient or more cost-effective manner
Experience with Analytics tools. Einstein Analytics is preferred.
Worked with both Agile, and Waterfall SDLC
Good process engineering skills to quickly understand, create and document multiple inter-related business processes of varying complexity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent presentation skills, and Ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization and collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
- Certifications: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Advance Administrator, Sales Cloud Certified, Service Cloud Certified, Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Play a critical role in managing the product backlog. Work with the business to understand and prioritize needs while proactively suggesting future enhancements and improvements.
Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field required
