Job Description

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce BA/QA with hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud (Partner Portal) to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis, testing, and documentation skills, along with the ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Experience Cloud/Partner Portal implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Create and execute detailed test cases, perform end-to-end QA, and validate Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
Manage UAT cycles, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Support enhancements, release validation, and regression testing.
Maintain strong understanding of Salesforce features, configuration, and data model, especially within Experience Cloud.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst and/or QA.
Proven experience working on Salesforce Experience Cloud / Partner Portal projects.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience with testing tools and methodologies (manual and/or automation).
Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or QA-related) are a plus.
