Salesforce Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium to validate web-based applications.
• Design and execute API test cases and automate API testing processes.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to create and automate test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Implement and maintain automated test frameworks, preferably using Robot Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into automated tests.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and communicate findings to the development team.
• Continuously improve automation processes and test coverage to enhance product quality and reduce manual testing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Python programming, especially in test automation contexts.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web application automation.
• Strong understanding of API testing concepts and experience automating REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Salesforce UI, and integrations.
• Experience with Robot Framework or willingness to quickly learn and implement it.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated test integration.
• Knowledge of other automation tools and scripting languages.
