About Position:

A Salesforce Architect is a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem. Often in the position of the technical team leader, they help educate the team with technical best practices.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for the Salesforce architect that will strategy across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Lead solution design sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
Oversee end-to-end implementation including data modeling, integration, and automation.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure quality delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Proven experience in architecting solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of CRM processes: Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel.
Experience with middleware tools, ETL platforms, and enterprise integrations.
