Salesforce Architect

As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading functional and technical workshops to design, deliver, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions. Your expertise in Data Modeling, Apex Design Patterns, LWC, and modern UI techniques will be essential in architecting scalable and secure solutions that meet business requirements. It is imperative that you have a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Einstein AI, Data Cloud & Experience Cloud to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and shape the architectural vision. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions to complex problems, and guiding customers, partners, and implementation teams on executing digital transformations with the Salesforce platform. Building trust with customers" leadership and promoting best practices will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will ensure coding standards, design patterns, and integration processes are followed while developing and maintaining technical documentation for designed solutions. With a minimum of 12-15 years of total IT experience and at least 8 years of Salesforce experience in architecture and integration, you will lead technical requirements sessions, architect technical solutions, and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions aligned with client objectives. Your ability to provide guidance on Salesforce CRM implementations, integrations, and upgrades will be crucial. To excel in this role, you must possess at least one Developer Track Certification (Platform Developer I) and at least one Cloud Consultant Certification. It is mandatory to have either System Architect or Application Architect certification, with additional Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud and Experience Cloud considered a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and management skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
