Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Agentforce (Salesforce AI)

Designing and deploying AI Agents using Agentforce
Conversational AI, Prompt Engineering, and Intent recognition
Integration of Agentforce with CRM workflows and external APIs
Knowledge of Einstein Trust Layer (security, governance, compliance for AI)
Monitoring, fine-tuning, and improving AI Agent performance
Creating Agent Actions.

Salesforce Data Cloud

Data modeling and harmonization in Data Cloud
Identity resolution and unification of customer profiles
Data ingestion from multiple sources (batch and streaming)
Segmentation, activation, and audience building
Real-time personalization and activation into Salesforce channels
Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA)
SQL and Query Builder for advanced data transformations
Knows Data Stream , Data Lake Objects , Data Model Object
Knowledge about Search Index , Retrievers
