Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and configure applications within Salesforce using

  Apex, Flows, and declarative tools

  .
• Work on deployment activities using

  DevOps tooling (Flosum, Git, CI/CD pipelines)

  .
• Collaborate with admins, product owners, and QA to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  
• Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain clean, reusable code.
  
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  
• Document technical solutions and participate in Agile ceremonies as part of a delivery team.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 7

  + years of hands-on experience

  in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, SOQL, Flows).
• Strong experience with

  Salesforce deployment processes

  using

  Flosum

  and other DevOps tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Production) and release management.
  
• Knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Objects, Validation Rules, Security, Reports & Dashboards).
  
• Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer) preferred.
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, Agile environment.
