Sales Team Leader

Location: S. Chandra Reddy Towers, Silicon Valley, Hyderabad

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (Leadership/Team Handling preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and guide a team towards achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and group targets.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and share updates.
• Identify training needs and support team members in skill development.
• Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and work quality.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for growth.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights with higher management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
