Sales Team Lead

As a Business Development Manager (Field Sales) in our Climate tech firm based in Goa, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of field sales executives. With your 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management, you will be responsible for strategizing, supervising the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales goals. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on field sales, coaching and training team members to enhance customer engagement and retention, tracking team KPIs and sales performance, conducting regular field visits to maintain high-quality customer interactions, strategically segmenting the market, collaborating with senior management to align sales efforts with business goals, and analyzing customer feedback and market trends to refine pitches. To excel in this role, you should possess proven leadership and coaching abilities, strategic sales execution skills, expertise in customer engagement, performance management capabilities, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, problem-solving skills, a graduate-level degree with an MBA preferred, at least 4 years of sales experience with 2 years in a supervisory role, familiarity with CRM systems and reporting dashboards, and a results-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative personality.
