Job description:

Sriji Computers Pvt. Ltd. is a Vadodara based System Integrator providing IT Infrastructure solutions to SME's and Government Customers since 1999. We are business partners with HP, Dell, Microsoft, CISCO, Seqrite etc. We have a dedicated team of qualified & certified engineers supporting the sales and support teams.

The requirement is for BDA for Technical Sales of Networking & IT Infrastructure related products and solutions to Small, Mid & Large enterprise level customers. We require two female candidate.

Skills & Experience Required:

• BE holder in any engineering stream, preferably IT / Computer Engineering / E C Engineering. BBA / MBA could also apply.

• 0-2 years in selling IT hardware & related products/solutions.

• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

• Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or other communication channels.

• Ability to see the big picture and drive solution sales as compared to product sale.

• Co-ordinate with pre-sales technical team to arrange relevant demos & proof of concepts with customers for solution discovery.

• Provide accurate, detailed data regarding sales and also related activities in a time-bound manner.

• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends of respective customers.

• Efficient account management and receivable management in time-bound manner.

Compensation:

• Compensation has a bar for deserving candidates, demonstrating superior skill set & exceptional abilities.

• Deserving candidates can expect package between 1.8 to 3 lakhs (70% fixed + rest variable) CTC based on sales targets achieved.

• Compensation shall be closely linked to overall on-time payment performance of accounts being handled by the candidate.

• Company shall provide SIM card. Smart phone handset to be provided by candidate.

• Conveyance, travel & other necessary expenses shall be paid on reimbursement basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
