Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their property requirements.
Communicate regularly with prospects to keep them engaged and informed.

Sales Target Achievement

Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive sourcing and follow-ups.
Leverage effective selling and negotiation skills to close deals efficiently.

Lead Generation & Sourcing

Source leads through various channels such as referrals, walk-ins, events, digital platforms, etc.
Conduct field visits and participate in on-ground marketing or promotional activities to boost sales pipeline.

Product Presentation

Deliver compelling product presentations and site visits to potential customers.
Highlight key features, USPs, pricing, and amenities of the properties effectively.

Market Intelligence

Stay updated on current market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and real estate developments.
Provide valuable feedback to internal teams based on market insights and customer interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead management and customer experience.
Share customer feedback for continuous product or service improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of daily sales activity, lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Provide timely updates and reports to management on sales progress and targets.
